This is a great opportunity to learn about stress, burnout, compassion fatigue and how to take better care of ourselves. We all feel stress in our lives and when it happens frequently and for an extended period of time it can cause physical, emotional and mental health problems.
The most popular workshop focuses increasing awareness about stress and how it impacts the whole self. There is an art based experiential allowing each participant to get a read on their current stress (or anxiety) level. Participants will explore how they cope and attend to stress in their lives. Each participant will leave with new self-care ideas and inspiration to integrate more wellness at work and home.

This workshop was created to promote better communication and collaboration within your team. Workshops can be geared to work on relationship breakdowns or barriers that interfere with productivity, efficacy and work culture. There is an art based experiential allowing each participant to reflect on their role in the team dynamic followed by a collaborative experiential using art to problem solve solutions. This workshop is applicable for teams that work on-site, hybrid or fully remote.
This two hour workshop for educators encourages an inspired stroll partnered with slow looking through the art museum followed by a lecture to learn signs of teacher stress and burnout. Participants then have opportunities to engage in art therapy experiences to increase emotional awareness and learn ways to use art therapy techniques for wellness in the classroom and at home.
